Are there levels of forum support priority?

Just curious if you give priority to certain support tickets. I'm currently using Purity IV template although I opted to purchase a Pro Plan rather than just use if for free. I see other forum requests getting responses while my request seems to be sitting. Just wondering if the fact that Purity IV is free if forum requests go to the end of the line? It that is the case that's fine I just need to know that so I am not waiting and can look for other solutions.
