JA Stark Projects layout

I tried to create a new menu item linked to a Projects layout and I get this error:

Any idea on what may cause this issue?

I found an article similar to this issue where there was a change within the file file "‎/html/com_content/category/projects_item.php"

Adding the value "use Joomla\CMS\HTML\HTMLHelper;" in the beginning under the /**T4 Overide */ section fixed the issue apparently.
