Good morning.
I configured a "rules_shipping_advanced" shipping method on Virtuemart, but it is not available to choose from on the website.
I have another one created with the "weight_countries" method and it works perfectly.
How can I solve the problem?

Versions:
Joomla 4.4.3
Virtuemart 4.2.0

I tried to add several products into cart but that shipment method didn't show:

Good morning,
No shipping or payment method appeared, as I had blocked all countries except Portugal.
At this point I have already activated all countries, but the problem remains.
If I add a product to the cart, it looks like the image below.

I left this product in the cart.

I already realized where the problem was.
I will only use the store in Portugal.
I hadn't created States for Portugal, which is why the shipping method didn't work.
