I tried to add Icon from T4 page builder but can not see it in a body section. Based on the previous discussion I comment following code 
from /home/******/public_html/administrator/components/com_t4pagebuilder/libs/Helper/Editor.php
But the problem is still there. Can you please have a look ?

Could I take a backup of your site and debug in my local?
Apologies for the late reply; I must not have saved the editor file. After making the change, my icons are working.
