Good afternoon.
I have several items that were created, but they do not appear visible in the store, if I highlight them they only appear in highlights
example:

Other articles, when clicking on the "Product details" option, instead of the product details appearing, the home page appears.
Example:
https://garrafeiracopoevira.pt/index.php/loja/vinhos/vinho-rose (wine Gatão Cantil Rosé 75cl)
How can I fix these issues?

It seems that item doesn't belong to any menu item yet so it displays on homepage. Or you've not created a menu item to show the Top Level Category on your site for Virtuemart, this is a known issue in VM.

You can share the super admin account of your site so I can take a look.

That seems to be filter page from JA Megafilter extension, could you pls take a backup of your site then update latest versions for JA Megafilter component + plugin?

Hello Saguaros.
When I try to update it always gives me the error: "Failed to extract file: download.php_element_com_jamegafilter_version_2.0.4_type_component_16_coreVersion_j16"
Can you help?

Good morning saguaros.
To be able to do it the way you indicated, will I have to buy a "JAEC 1 Year" plan?
It doesn't make sense since I bought a "JA PRO" account and it mentions that I am entitled to 1 Year Updates.
If the module that needs to be updated is included in the JA MIXSTORE template, you should be able to update it without paying.....
How can I update free of charge?

In this case, you can download latest version of JA Megafilter component + plugin and install directly into your site: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-mixstore

Remember to backup your site first.

Hello, Saguaros.
I updated the component and plugin, but it didn't resolve the issue.
But, after checking, only the products I had created that contained accents (example: lemon) did not work correctly.
I removed all the accents from the articles and now all the links work correctly.
