I guess your hosting / your site has extension blocks the access from my place.

Please add exception for the IP address I shared in the field of the first post.

I can access that page and on that magazine list page, it's using a JA ACM module type of Magazine - Category Listing : style-1 to show articles from selected categories there. It has a link to view category page only, it's not supported to have kind of pagination in a Joomla module, unfortunately.
