I have 3 visible modules on the normal webpage (Footnav-2, 3 and 4). I`d like to make the Footnav-4 visible in the mobile version. Is this possible and how can i do this?

You can navigate to Layout settings in template >> edit the Footnav section >> Responsive tab and click the position you want to hide/show on desktop/tablets/mobile view ports:
