An 0 error on GkRoyal5 and GkHotel4 templates

I'm using xampp last version

in local I've just installed GkHotel4 and GkRoyal5 templates

I'm looking to migrate my website from GkHotel (online and working with J3) to Gk Royal J5

I have this "An 0 error occured during your request." showing up on the frontend home page, other pages are working fine

The error in local shows up with both templates GkHotel J4 and GkRoyal J5

For sure must be something to be changed in the settings because both templates shows same error

Looking for some help

I forgot to mention that in xampp php.ini file, I already removed the ( ; ) in front of extension = mbstring due to enable the multistring as suggested in other posts
restarted the server still not working
mbstring.dll is present in /ext folder

in shell if I type php -m the "mbstring" is present in the list

error caused in GkRoyal is the "header mod" Imageshow GK4

error caused in GkHotel is any modules using the news showpro GK5

if I publish this ones the 0 error shows up

still looking how to solve it, as said the multistring is enable

You can try this way to see more details about the error:

Navigate to Backend >> Global Configuration >> enable Debug mode and set Error Reporting to Maximum
Rename this file: /templates/your_template/error.php

Check the frontend, it will report the error in details and share with me.

Well looks like
turning off "generate thumbnails" n the "header mod" module solved it

I have a question about multilanguage menu, open a new topic or continue here?
