address, email and phone top of page

I am currently developing a site offline and I have looked through the documentation but cannot see how to add the address, email and phone top of page as you have on the demo.
Could you please direct me to where I can see how I can recreate the same.

It's JA ACM module in topbar position, here is its backend settings:
