Megafilter module working outside menu item

Hi, I've noticed that using the module for megafilter outside the page

The search does not work, even If I click on the search with some input text, the search does not return specific values, but instead it returns all the products possible

It pretty much just redirects to the megafilter page where it works.

Is this not possible?

In JA Megafilter module settings, you can assign filter menu item for module with option: Filter menu so that when you hit the search button, it will return the result into that filter menu item page.

After consulting with our developer, I can provide you with further clarification on the issue. It appears that the search module will only produce results when it is placed on the same page as the JA Megafilter page. Therefore, if you assign the search module to the homepage and perform a search, it will redirect you to the JA Megafilter page where you can proceed with your search.
