We are having a problem on our website
Initially it was a Captcha problem which we figured out it was caused by Mootools
We disabled mootools and the Captcha is ok now but the Contact Form now says "initializing form" and we can't submit it
We have contacted JoomlaShack and they seem to think it may be the template

Hopefully, this is something you can help us with

Could you share me the URL of page where you have that form?

Could you try to revert your previous change (for Mootools issue) and see how the form works?

We have re-enabled mootools

This solves the problem of the "Initialize Form" but now if you click on the Captcha box if displays a "spinner" so we can 't submit the form

I updated the new version of Mootools 1.6.0 for your site:

/media/system/js/mootools-core.js
/media/system/js/mootools-more.js

The Captcha should be working now, you can clear browser's caches and see.

Did you just install the Mootools file that you have attached
We have just tried this on another site with the same issue (as this is a problem on a few sites) and when we installed it the issue is still there

    perryworld I renamed these 2 files and replace with the 2 new files as I attached, then remember to clear browser's caches & cookies.

      You've not updated these 2 files, right? as I still see the old files there: /media/system/js/
