Attempt to modify property "params" on null in PHP 8.2

This is a J4.3.3 site with the latest T3 and Uber template.

For this url - https://www.ptvivian.org/documents/1877-documents.html (and other others of its type) this error is generated: Attempt to modify property "params" on null

BTW, the non-sef url (menu item) link is index.php?option=com_content&view=category&id=14

This error does not happen in PHP7.4, but is happening in PHP 8.1 and 8.2

It's due to this override in category view: /templates/uber/local/html/com_content/category/default_articles.php

I temporarily renamed this file so it can inherit the new file we updated in T3 framework plugin.
