Layout differences between home pages and others pages

Hello,

We have a website running Joomla! 4.4.3 and JA Athena (last version) Joomlart template.

Since we added the Joomla! 4 Smart Search module on frontend we noticed a problem apparently due to layout differences between home pages and others pages. In fact, when you go the homepage, you can see that the language swithcher module is displayed on the right side of the website logo but if you go to any other page you can see that this same module is displayed below the website logo.

So, what we would like to do is to have the same displaying that there is on the frontpage on all the others pages of the website (for both english and french version). Can you please help us to do?

It's due to the different settings for the 'Responsive' tab of the Topbar, I just updated so it has the same settings as template style of the homepage:
