PS! 0 - Class "Joomla\Plugin\Behaviour\Taggable\Extension\Taggable" not found

I have tried to install 6 times now.
I cannot get past this error.
I( am trying to install for joomla 4. Don't think my server can support 5. but I have other sites in 4.

It looks like a Joomla issue: https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/38474 (which suggests to rename / remove this file: administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php )

I tried to access with provided FTP account but it did not work.

I did that. I can see the front end. and get to the admin log-in, but It doesn't know who I am.
I tried to reset my password.
NO GO

I tried the reset option of the configuration.php file, but public $root_user='myname'; does not exist.

1st step with the database did not work. password did not set to secret.
2nd set does not give me access either.

Why is this happening?
Is this a bug you need to fix?

Our template (JA Coach) doesn't have not any control in your admin login info, it's template frontend only.

For admin password reset, you can change it directly in your site's database. If you're not familiar with database, you can ask your hosting provider for help.
