header new module - do not see in home!

i setup a language swicther on footer and on a new position create on header

to right main nav block

the module
is seen on all pages except home !!
even though I selected the "see on all pages" configuration on the form

Maybe I didn't have to create a module, but a block?
If so, how do I configure the block?

I guess the layout assigned to the homepage doesn't have this position.

You can check which template style is being assigned to homepage and check the Layout settings of that template style and check if that position is loaded there or not.
