When I try, I choose the option "Forgot your username?" or "Forgot your password?", does not work. These links always open the home page. How can I solve? Thanks.

If any link redirects to homepage, it means that there is no menu item created for that page. You can navigate to Backend >> Menus >> create new menu items type of: Users >> Password Reset and Username Reminder Request
These links will work fine then.

I tried to test with Cassiopeia template (standard template of Joomla) but the same issue happens so the issue doesn't come from template itself.
Something on your site, maybe 3rd party extension or rules on your server side which force that link.
