Will it be possible to add an Image "Book Now" that is directed to a specific URL for that product / Service?

On this listing page, it's JA Megafilter page which show fields of article there.

However, the custom field in Joomla doesn't support a field contain both image + link like that, you can create image or URL (link) field only and set to show via JA Megafilter configuration.
