look if changes are done on header and footer only. If so ? look into documentation how headers and footers are working based on the template association

if changes are somewhere else then is different problem. We had same issue on multiple websites and duplicating templates and assigning them to website solved this problem.

Hi,

Header & Footer sections will be used in all pages, if you want to set special header for specific page, you can move that header block to the main content section and edit it.
