JA Blockk Template issue

HI there, i just installed for the first time the JA Blockk template and i set it as the default template (instead of Cassiopeia) but now i see only a white blank page. What can i do you i can see the template that i installed and start customizing it?

hackermade Usually a totally white page indicates a server error. On most hosts, the actual error message is hidden as that can help security wise in some cases. So to find out what the actual error message is you may be able to see it from your cPanel, or you may have to ask your hosting provider. To assist them, generate the blank page then not the exact time you did that. This enables very fast lookup of the error.

phill104 Hi and thanks for the reply. I have set up Joomla in a Ubuntu VPS. Now i am able to see the content but i was wondering how can i see the entire layout set up. So example i want to go with the magazine-layout-1, although i have selected it i cannot see it. Must build the page from scratch?

Unfortunately it can be a little complicated until you get your head around it. You are probably best off using the quickstart and the JA Demo Installer plugin to get you started. That way you will have a base to work from. Alternatively you could go through the docs but you have to be very meticulous to check every element if you want the same layout and features - https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-blockk
