change color in off canvas menu , head items

Hi there
The website theomeijer.nl is a joomla 4.4 version , template JA Fit

screenshot off canvas menu:

The customer wants the head menu items in other color (it's white now) then the sub menu items, just for the overvieuw. In the same bluecolor then the hover color
How can I fixed this ?
