I recently found that the content of the T4 pages I have created on my website are not indexed as part of the Joomla smart search. I found a previous post in this forum asking the same question several years ago that does not seem to have a resolution. (https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/42215-how-to-integrate-into-smart-search-results)
How do I get the content I have created using T4 page builder indexed so that it is searchable using Joomla's smart search
I checked for a finder plugin but could not find one for T4 Pages

    Hi Dominic,
Unfortunately I do not currently have a subscription and not all of the thread you link to is available to read without one. In the one comment I can see, you said "You need to Running the Indexer After you have reviewed the search Plugins".

I assume you are implying there is a finder plugin that indexes the T4 Page builder content but I can not find one installed as part of the T4 Page Builder install. I have attached a screenshot of my installed finder plugins.

If there is a finder plugin available for the T4 Page builder could you please provide a link to a location I can download it?

The other part of you comment was about running the Smart Search indexer and I already do that on a regular basis to include PDF file indexing via another 3rd party finder plugin.

      Hi bevanc,
I apologize for the confusion regarding the T4 page builder in my previous response. After consulting with our technical team, it appears that indexing pages in the Smart search plugin may not be achievable at this time.

      Thanks for the update,

That is a little disappointing, I think most people would want the static pages created with T4 to be indexed along with all of the articles on the site.

Do you know if there is any plan to add a Finder plugin for T4 Page builder?

        bevanc Hi

Please note that the Smart search component in Joomla supports to index core Joomla content types only such as: article content, categories, contacts, feeds, tags. It's likely to require an additional plugin to perform the search result as you wish. We will share with our T4 Builder team for further consideration on this.

        Regards

Yes I agree, as far as I know it would require and additional finder plugin that targets the T4 page builder page content, but I think it would add value to your product.
I recently added a 3rd party Finder plugin that indexes the 100's of pdf files available on the site which was a massive improvement in the user experience for my site visitors. Now the only content on the site that is not indexed are the T4 Pages.

Hopefully the dev team will see some value and perhaps add it to the product roadmap.

        Thanks for all your help

bevanc I cannot provide a guarantee for the inclusion of this feature, as the final decision lies solely with the team.

If you need this feature urgently, you may consider hiring a developer to implement it for you.

          Have a good day!
