Wrong order of category summary in front page menu

After updating from J4 to J5, the summary of category articles in frotnpage menu is wrong: show old articles before latter (see first image) and in some categories the entries are empty (see second image)!!
How can I fix it?

If you're also using Articles - Category to show these articles, kindly check the Ordering option in module again.

I just configured this settings at my dev site and it shows most recent created articles first

... but in my module I already had same setting. I cleared also the cache, but the result is the same.
Maybe my module is a custom module?
And why are the other subcategory "Iniziative" and "Civis" empty, if there are articles associate?

Under "News" menu item, you also loaded Articles Category module called Ultime news, not ACM module.

As I can see, you set to order by article title so I updated again to the same settings as my above screenshot and the latest articles are showing correctly now.
