Need to upgrade plugins but can't find them on site

Hello,
I am attempting to upgrade to Joomla 5 but the extension manager says I need
Plugin Ajax JA Content Type 1.2.1, I have 1.2.0 loaded but am unable to find 1.2.1 in the download section
Also it says I need
Plugin JA Content Type 1.2.4, but I only have 1.2.2 and am also unable to find 1.2.4 on the download site.
