error when completing purchase virtuemart

When I place an order on the website (virtuemart), at the end of the order it always gives the following message "Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\SiteApplication::isSite()".
I tested with the browser's Edge / Firefox / Chrome and on Windows / Android / iOS

But the order is still processed, but the user can no longer view the page.
How can I solve?

Pls try to rename this folder: /ja_mixstore/html/com_virtuemart/

and try to purchase again to see how it goes.

The PHP version is 8.3.4
I tried renaming the "templates/ja_mixstore/html/com_virtuemart/" folder, but it didn't solve the problem.

You can share the super admin account of your site and if possible, I will take a backup of your site with Akeeba backup component and debug in my local environment.

Please try to debug this way:

1/ Backend >> Global Configuration >> System tab >> enable Debug System option

Server tab >> set Error Reporting to Maximum

2/ Go to Frontend and purchase again, if it has error, share with me the error screen, it will give you hint of where the culprit is.

saprovado The error seems come from the plugin: VM - Calculation Avalara Tax it's not compatible with Joomla 4 / 5.

If you're not using this plugin, pls disable it for now and try to purchase again.
