Problems with Spectrum template after J! 4 Migration

Hi,

I am Michael's developer for visitamr.com. I recently migrated to Joomla! 4, which worked perfectly and all of the content migrated correctly. I have been struggling to get the template style to function properly. It is showing an error I'm not familiar with. I was able to get Casseopia template style to work and show all the content on the front end, but the Spectrum template gives me an error.

For context the site is on:

PHP 8.1.27
Joomla! 4.4.3 Stable
Shape 5 Vertex 3.0.7
Spectrum 1.0.8

When I select "Spectrum" as the default template style, I get this as the front end (image attached)

I'm hoping I'm just doing something incorrectly. Please let me know how to proceed with fixing this issue!

It appears that your account is not associated with an active paid membership. Please note that S5 Spectrum is a paid template and access to it requires an active paid membership. Additionally, our technical support is reserved exclusively for active paid members.

Hi Nic,

My client does have a paid membership, the S5 Pro membership.

I access this page by clicking on my "User Dashboard" button underneath my account name in the top right hand corner.

I noticed that this account was having trouble being registered as a premium account because I was not able to download the premium templates. However I am able to download these premium templates now, and this is in fact a premium account

I was able to solve this issue but I want to confirm that you're seeing this as a premium account on your end. If you need I can provide login credentials for you to see.

The account you're currently using, "cooperuliano," is not linked to any membership.
Your client's account, as seen in the screenshot with an S5 PRO membership, is the one that has access to all templates and support. For future support inquiries, please log in to your client's account to post, rather than using your current account, to avoid confusion.

Hi Nic,

I am a little confused about this because I access this support central account directly through my client's pro account. How is it possible that this account is not pro but the account that I access this chat from is the pro account?

Can I share video on this platform to show you my procedure? Could this possibly be an issue pertaining to the new migration and centralization of your login portal?

I've checked and there's definitely no membership tied to this account 'cooperuliano.'
You might want to ask your client about their JA username or email address. Then, I can check further and confirm for you. Because your client's account and this 'cooperuliano' account that you use are two different accounts.

Hi Nic,

Attempted to figure this out, but I am literally logging in using the pro account credentials, going to "my profile", selecting "support central" and arriving here with this account. I am not changing accounts, logging in or out, changing browsers. Nothing. There is something awry with your system. As I said before I'd be happy to share a video for confirmation, but I am certain I am not changing accounts because I'm selecting the "support central" from the pro account! Unless its automatically logging me out and into a different account for support central??

When you're at your profile page, please click on "Invoice" and go there to download the invoice file. Then you can send me your invoice ID to check further.
