Scroll to top is not clickable when in footer

Hello,
There seems to be a problem with scroll to top button in JA Ego template. When the window is narrow enogh so the scroll to top button and footer overlap, it's not clickable, it is visible but not clickable. When I scroll above footer, it works as expected. Both desktop PC and mobile, but for mobile it's more important. Could you, please advice what to change and/or possible update the template with fix?
