Upgrade to Joomla 5.1.0

I have the intention to upgrade my Joomla website to Joomla 5.1.0. In the compatibily check Joomla informs me that the Joomlart Advanced Custom Module has to be upgraded from 2.2.0 to 2.4.1. The website uses Purity III.
My question is whether I need to have the ACM or that this is a remainder from an earlier Joomlart template that has been removed.

I think so as Purity III template doesn't use JA ACM module 🙂

But you can check again whether there is ACM module used with Purity III template on your site now or not.

Thanks. Can you indicate how this check goes?

bestcons Go to Backend >> Modules >> filter module by JA ACM type and see if any module is assigned to position of Purity III or not.

If no module is being used, you can disable this module and update.

Thanks, Saguaros, very helpful. The module was indeed no longer used and is in the meantime de-installed without consequences.
