hi again, lets talk about ffmpeg a little, maybe will bring me some light about this
i understand that ffmpeg is used for video conversion and thats the issue for videos wont show up, and if i dont want to convert videos, just store them in the same format was uploaded? like img are, is that posible?

I'm afraid that it's impossible for now, I recommend you to contact your webhosting provider for help to support FFMPEG on your server.

I integrated Jomsocial with Zencoder on a client's site a few years ago. It successfully offloaded the conversion and optimisation process although there are Zencoders fees to pay of course. See https://documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/ZenCoder_and_Amazon_S3_Integration

This solution worked on a shared server without ffmpeg installed but saguaros advice above to move to a VPS or at least higher tier of hosting with ffmpeg support is a much better option.
