flycoopfly Hi

I can confirm that JS error in Console log but the custom code should be still saved normally. I just tested in my dev site and it works.

You can share the URL + super admin account of your site and share me the custom code that you want to add, I will give it a try.

saguaros That makes sense that the JS error is not directly related. I did find the global.json file in templates/ja_impact/local/etc/ and manually put in the custom google code that I wanted in the section before the close of the head tag, and it works fine and shows up as it should on the front end of the site. It also shows up in the text field of the theme editor after manually editing the global.json file. So it seems that it is something else that is preventing the file from being written to when clicking the Save button from within the theme editor.

Any other thoughts of what to look at?

      Hi flycoopfly,
I think you have disabled the imagesLoaded addon from the Global settings > Addons. Could you try to enable it?

dominic This is interesting. I do not have the imagesLoaded toggle option under addons in the global settings of my editor.

          Hi flycoopfly,
Could you send the admin account + FTP for further checking? We will help you resolve this issue.

              Hi flycoopfly,
May I create a backup of your site to install on our localhost for further investigation of this issue?

dominic I just made an archive of the public_html folder and also exported the sql from the database and placed these files into a new folder inside public_html called backup_tech. You should be able to download those files from your ftp login. The site is quite large. Please delete the backup_tech folder after you have downloaded the files. Thank you.
