Issue when loading T4 PageBuilder module in article

Hello... I seem to have an issue whereby, when I create a module with T4 PageBuilder and then load it within an article, the article content does not appear on the frontend, but only the module appears. I have tried a different type of module and the page content and the module both appear. I'd be grateful for your advice. Thank you.

I apologize for the delay. I have successfully backed up the site, however, I encountered difficulty in locating the Akeeba backup file to start downloading the file through FTP. Typically, backup files are found in root/administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup/.

Do you have any new configuration paths been established for saving backup files?
Additionally, could you please verify if the FTP URL for the site blackwoodfire is correct?

Hi... yes, the module displays, but the other content on the article does not display. It only displays when the module is removed.

Please check your site and module again; it works as expected now. Remember to turn off the System - Page Cache plugin when making any new changes.

Hello again... this still does not appear to be working. All cache is turned off, including Page Cache. Also, module 337, which is created with T4 PageBuilder seemed to have reverted to a previous version - meaning some work has been lost, which is frustrating. Please can you look again and advise accordingly? Thank you
