Menu on the left is pushed down by list of folder from the component Remository

Hello everybody,

i have a little issue with the template Ja-Purity-III and the component Remository. Both works really fine, but when i access a remository container via the top-menu (up), the main-menu (left) is pushed down.
How could i fix that ?
