Issue with "Using Bootstrap 3, but you are loading also Bootstrap 5"

Hello:

I am working with the developer of the SobiPro software and they mention that "it seems you are using an old Joomla template 'ja_focus' which uses Bootstrap 3, but you are loading also Bootstrap 5."

My system says that I am using 2.1.0 of JA-Focus which I see is the latest version available to download.

I do see where there is a "QuickStart" of Joomla 5 but I don't see a standalone upgrade to 5.

But to answer the main question that the folks at SobiPro is asking: "you are using an old Joomla template 'ja_focus' which uses Bootstrap 3, but you are loading also Bootstrap 5."

Is there a way to correct this?

Hi Saguaros:

The issue I am having is a template conflict with SobiPro that is prohibiting the "Contact Entry Owner" button from working properly, which is where a visitor to the page (using the SobiPro component) can click to "contact" button which brings up a box for visitors to email the business owner of the entry.

Below is what the SobiPro team has told me they saw when they tried to fix it (after updating the SobiPro component)>

"You can use the contact form. You do this already and therefore there is a button 'Contact us' at the end of the view. Unfortunately, this button does not work, perhaps because of a Bootstrap conflict or because of the JavaScript error thrown by your Joomla template (see attachment). I tried to use default7 template with Bootstrap 3 to get the contact form working. But as the same errors, caused by your Joomla template are thrown, it also does not work."

I have attached a screenshot of the error that SobiPro found, in hopes that might help in detecting the issue.

Any help you can provide would be great.

I've tested the Cassiopeia template and found that it's not compatible with the default template. It seems the issue stems from the plugin rather than our template. To address this, I've added some JavaScript that may help resolve the issue. Please check it now.
