Hi,

We are having a problem witho are site at https://villagerbus.co.uk

On the home page we are trying to display twitter tweets but they dont show on this page but they do show on the services page
We noticed in the developer tools an error
engine.js:90 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'addEvent')
at engine.js:90:50
at mootools-core.js?142cb3bafb13e0e8ad62a3472a49cc83:21:484

Also the twitter feed does not show on the iPhone for some reason

Is this something you can help us with

You can login using test / test123!

Any help would really be appreciated

Cheers
Rich

      Hi, perryworld
I have investigated the issue you reported. The Twitter section function correctly on Chrome, Firefox on PC and Android devices. However, on IOS, Twitter posts are not listed.
This discrepance may be atrributed to the Twitter API. I am currently reviewing the API and will report the issue to the Twitter team for further investigation.
I kindly ask for your patience as I work towards resolving the matter.
      Regards,

        Hi

The issue we are having is not that the twitter timeline is not being displayed - we don't get that message
Our problem is that the feed works on laptops but doesn't work on smaller devices (iPhone)

        Any ideas why?

        Cheers
        Rich

          Hi,
I've conducted several tests on both iPhone and iPad and haven't encountered any issues. Could you please provide a screenshot of the problem and let me know which iOS version you're using?
          Regards

          Hi

Thanks' for coming bac to me
I have attached a screenshot as requested
I'm on an iPhone IOS 12.5.7 but others have tried it with more up to date versions and have the same issues

          Cheers
          Rich

          Hi Rich,

I'm using iOS 17.4 version and it looks the same as above screenshot:

          Yes, that's the issue
Try it on a laptop and it works fine
          It fails on smaller devices

          Cheers
          Rich

perryworld Above screenshot is from my iPhone 🙂

And it's the same as desktop view.

            Hi Saguaros

I have attached the screenshot from my laptop
You may need to clear the cache maybe.

            Cheers

              perryworld Hi

It looks like that you view your site on mobile without HTTPS

              Could you check again?

The laptop and iphone runs the same website and is https://villagerbus.co.uk
Which indicates it may be apple related
We don't have an android to try it on

              Thanks for your continued help

              Rich
