As I can see that you're using SMTP Mail mailer now, could you switch to use PHP Mail mailer and see how it goes? Remember to check the SPAM box of your mail as well as it might go there.
This will help to find out where the issue comes from: if it works, then you must check the SMTP mail configuration in your hosting. In case, it still doesn't work, it must be something wrong from the mail function on your server side, then you can reach out to your hosting provider for help to check this mail function for you.
