Open Graph does not appear on social media

I have the open graph option enabled in the template options.
But when I paste a link (menu, article) to Facebook, only the link appears and instead of the image, the main address of the page is displayed.

I also tried installing plugins. But the pictures on social media are still not showing up

When I tested this URL with Facebook debug tool, it returns this error:

Response Code 403
Response Code Reason This response code could be due to a robots.txt block. Please allowlist facebookexternalhit on your sites robots.txt config to utilize Facebook scraping

Kindly check your rules on your server side again.

I did it like this:

# Certain social media sites are whitelisted to allow crawlers to access page markup when links to /images are shared. 
User-agent: Twitterbot
Allow: /images

User-agent: facebookexternalhit
Allow: /images

But it still shows error 403

EDIT:
I think it started working.
But sometimes it selects an image not from the article but from the "topbar" template position

Displays error:
The 'og:image' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.

I already know what the problem was.
An empty article was created.
Several menu items were using the same item and an error occurred.
Now each menu item has its own empty article and everything works.

But I still get the error
The following required properties are missing: fb:app_id

Can this app ID be entered somewhere?
