Off-canvas menu not displaying

I can't seem to get the mobile menu to display. I originally thought that the Hero position was hiding it since we made the template use all the available space but that isn't the case as I unpublished that and I still can't seem to get the menu to work.

Any tips/directions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

By default, the offcanvas block is included inside the 'horizontal-nav' element:
<jdoc:include type="element" name="offcanvas-toggle" />

However, it looks like you have custom css to hide this horizontal-nav so it also hide the off-canvas on mobile.

Kindly check again.
