I installed the JS Sport template. I am wondering how to obtain and install the demo content for this template?

    I'm afraid that the demo content is included in the Quickstart package of template only. But this quickstart package is the same with Joomla package and it's used for a new fresh website only. You can download the Quickstart here: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-sport (the first 3 packages are quickstart packages for Joomla 5 - Joomla 4 - Joomla 3)

    If your site is already having data, please consider carefully as when you install this quickstart package, all of existing content must be removed.
