JA Elicyon J2Store new product not showing up

First, sorry about the tag, my template was not in the list.

I have gone over and over this issue. But I cannot get a new product to show up in the J2Store directory or on the front end. I have went over this checklist a dozen times, everything seems in place.

Everything is published, I don't get it.
Note on the product list for J2 image, that is sorted my manufacturer "Madison Furniture", sorted or not, still does not show up.

Please, I am already several day without getting any real work done on this. I really need some answers.

I just checked in: J2Store component in backend >> Catalog >> Products but there is no product of Sofas & Sleepers which you're settings to show products in the menu item settings:

If you add another category such as Bed Rooms, for example, you will see products on frontend.

P/s: when you experience any issue with 3rd party extension like this, you can make a test with Cassiopeia template - the standard template of Joomla and see how it works there first. It will help to find out where the issue comes from. If it works with Cassiopeia template, then the issue may come from the override of our JA Elicyon template. In case, it doesn't work with Cassiopeia template either, something wrong with J2Store itself 🙂

I'm not sure what you mean.

I created the category "Sofas & Sleepers"

I created a product called "Sofa Style 103" and assigned it to that category of "Sofas & Sleepers"

I created a menu item to display the products in the category "Sofas & Sleepers" and nothing shows on the front end or in the list in the J2store component.

What do you mean add another category? Sorry, I am just confused.

You can try to assign this menu item to Cassiopeia template - the standard template of Joomla, you will see that there is no product so there either.

Something wrong with J2Store itself. Could you please reach out to its provider for further checking?
