Jomsocial 4.9.3 pro fails on install

First install on my dev site
Install of 4.9 stalls at Installing AJAX AI plugin
I am using "upload package file" tab
I tried "install from folder" tab and it too fails
Do you have install from URL ?
If I enter my site info password and others above is it private will it show here in forum to others?

I tried to install into Joomla 4 & Joomla 5 latest version but it worked properly.

Could you share the login info of your dev site eg: URL + super admin account + ftp account ? I will install for you.
