How to remove JOOMLA! IS FREE SOFTWARE...?

Hi, I would like to delete "JOOMLA! IS FREE SOFTWARE RELEASED UNDER THE GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE." For this I checked for the /language/ and looked for footer.ini file but only the following ones:

en-GB.tpl_ja_fresco.ini

en-GB.tpl_ja_fresco.sys.ini

Hi glenng,
The template uses the Footer module. This module shows the Joomla! copyright information.
You can go to the Dashboard > Modules > Search "Copyright" module and remove it. And now add a custom module to the Copyright position with your content.
