Not enough memory to process the image. - JOMSOCIAL

I can't seem to get a resolution to the image memory error I get when I try to upload pictures for my site albums.

My PHP settings seem okay meeting the minimum requirements for memory limit and image upload size but I still can't get any luck uploading images.

I will appreciate any direction to resolve this issue.
