In setting up the contact page, I discovered some things that aren't working the way I expected them to. The URL is:

The first issue on the page is I don't see the drop-down box of all the contacts. I just added 2 to test it. But there is no dropdown. What do I have to do to get it visible?

The second and third have to do with the social icons. The social icons are not populating on the leftside of the screen, just circles and no linking.

The footer-4 module populates the icons, but linking doesn't happen.

    Hi Pat,

    There is no place to add icons so this template will take the class for social site added into the Link label field under Contact to show the icons:

    so if you want to show facebook icon, pls add 'facebook' text there. I just added for the first icon and you should see it now.

    As I can see under Layout settings of template >> Footer section >> you're adding an overlay image for this section and it covers all other elements so you can't click icon. If you don't use this, please remove this overlay background image, it will be fine then

        Which dropdown are you referring to? as I tried to assign Cassiopeia template - standard template of Joomla - to this Contact page but did not see it either:

          The dropdown wasn't showing and that was what I wanted to show. I found where the setting had been changed somehow back to not show. At any rate it is now showing, but it is huge, full width of the screen.

          I would like to move it to just above the Title "Contact Form" on the right side of the screen. Is this possible?

          I will now address the other issues on this page.

          All of my issues have been addressed, saguaros. I don't see where the image was added. And the Facebook icons still don't link. This is the only issue I still have.

          I can also see now I should have split these into separate tickets, even though they were all on one page. I'm sorry.

            Hi Pat,

            As I can see that the facebook icons are linkable now on the contact page, could you tell me which icon that is not working?

            I tested them again, and they do work. Did you remove the overlay image that you said was causing them to not work? Either way, it's all good now. Thank you, @saguaros.
