Contact Page not allowing input

Hi, I am having issues with this site.
I have tried to install hcaptcha as a plugin for the contact us page, but I have found that the whole contact us page is darkened more that it should be and wont allow any text to be inputted.

I have also just tried to update to 5.1.1 (Joomla) and I now receive a 500 error when it tries to update.

These had both been working prior to today.

About the contact page, I have added the following CSS to ‎/templates/ja_space/css/custom.css file:

.t3-masthead {
    position: relative;
}
.j40 #contact-form label.required .form-control-feedback {
    top: 16px;
    border-color: #666;
    padding: 4px 12px;
    height: fit-content;
    border-radius: 2px;
}

May I update your site to version 5.1.1 to check this issue?

Yes of course, also re the contact form, I have just added hcaptcha plugin and it is not showing on the form ?

I have checked and see the hcaptcha showing well on the contact page. Now, I will back up your site and debug on our localhost.

I have created the backup file. However, I can not download the file from the backend. Could you send me the FTP account?
