I'm getting this error. Does anyone have a resolution?

The Joomla package cannot be installed through the Extension Manager. Please use the Joomla! Update component to update Joomla.
Can't install GK Framework for Joomla 5 on Joomla 5.1
Oh I think I just realized that this package is a whole Joomla installation. How do you install on an existing Joomla install?

In the download section of GK framework: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/gavick/free-joomla-templates/gk-framework
The first 2 packages are quickstart packages which are used for a brand new website only in which it includes Joomla installation + sample data so it will look like our demo setup.
If you already have Joomla installed, you should download template package + plugin:
GK Blank Template
Gavick System Plugin
and install each package via Joomla installer in backend of your site.
