Issue with Downloading JA Megafilter Component Extension

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with downloading the JA Megafilter Component extension for Joomla, which is a paid template. In the download section of the template, the download button is disabled, and there is a message stating:

"Note: If you are logged in and still not able to download, then please reset your password and that should fix the issue. It is a known bug."

I have followed the instructions to reset my password as advised, but I am still unable to download the extension. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

You currently have a JA Pro membership, which grants access to all JA templates. However, this membership does not include access to all JA extensions.

To access JA extensions, you need a separate membership called JAEC. You can obtain a JAEC membership at this page. Once you have the JAEC membership, you will be able to download the JA Megafilter component and other JA extensions.
