Student e-mail received only on manual approval

Hi, i've been testing the payment plugins and i noticed that, as a student, i never received e-mails after the sucessful payment.

I've tested with a custom payment plugin and also with paypal sandbox with no e-mail being received.

If i approve an offline payment manually i then receive the "order aproval" e-mail.

If the "Order Proval" e-mail is in fact only intended for the manual updates, shouldn't the student receive a welcome e-mail stating that his payment was sucessful and he can start taking the course?

Could you check the Order manager section in backend of Guru component and see which status that order is? /administrator/index.php?option=com_guru&controller=guruOrders

Hi,

The custom payment plugin and also guru's native paypal plugin are working well. After a successful payment is made, callback url is called which updates the order to "paid" status and also making the courses in the order available to take.

What's not doing automatically is sending the student welcome e-mail. It seems that he e-mail is not triggered by that status change but maybe by the "Approve" Button?

Please confirm if the student e-mais is supposed to be sent in both automatic payments and manual approvals.
