E-mails translation

Hi, i'm configuring a multilingual website with 2 languages. I would like to have translations for the student e-mails. I don't know how can we categorize a registered user belonging to one oe another language but we could use the website chosen language they are using.

I tried to use a handy plugin called Multilanguages CK but it didn't work.

Is there any solution for this without duplicating text in both languages?

You can try to assign Frontend Language to that registered user and test tot send mail again.

Hi, unfortunately it didn't change anything.

I have sucessfuly used Multilanguage CK plugin to change text for the offline payment which shows the correct language text but this in the frontend. I don't believe this will ever work on the backend as in the order manager, in the payment method column it shows the snipet code so it's not processing there too.

I confess i'm a little bit frustrated by the lack of multilanguage capabilities of Guru Pro. It's something built in Joomla's core and you should have developed fully. You have Course Categories that can be assigned to a language but then everything, including user e-mails have no language implementation?

Here's what i would expect:

Courses translation capabilities (right now i have to duplicate content in the respective language)
Offline Payment Title and Description
System e-mails and custom fields
Any other features where users interact like Quizzes and Certificates

Meanwhile, can you sugest any workaraound for the particular e-mail translation?

You are correct. Currently, multilingual support in email notifications is not available. I have communicated your suggestion to the Guru team for further consideration as a potential improvement.
