Article Options - Date for Ordering Missing

Hello All,

I just noticed in "Article Options" under the "Shared" tab the "Date for Ordering" field is missing. Is this by design? or was it simply forgotten?

The attached image is from a different template just so you can see what I am talking about.

Are you able to add a link and admin details for the site as this is a core feature of Joomla so it should be unaffected by any template

Did you install a quickstart with the sample data installed?

Hi Paul, I totally forgot about this post. Sorry.

So I do have the Simpli quick start installed with sample data on a test site and that does have the Date for Ordering field but in the 3 new sites I'm building using just the newest version of the Simpli template (not the quick start) - there is no Date for Ordering field.

Not sure I know what you mean when you ask if I'm "able to add a link .............."
