The file path is:

ROOT/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_festival.ini

Look for the following language constants:

TPL_CONTACT_CONTACT_EMAIL_NAME_LABEL = "Name"
TPL_CONTACT_EMAIL_LABEL = "Email address"

TPL_CONTACT_CONTACT_ENTER_MESSAGE_LABEL = "How can we help you? Feel free to get in touch!"
