How do I make the black line and these words appear below the image?

Hi guys, in this link I gave above, there is a black line below the image

I want to do on the website what I'm doing with magz2
I looked for it and couldn't find it, I entered the image properties and it didn't appear.

How to make this line appear?

Unzip >> and copy it to this path: ROOT/templates/ja_magz_ii/local/html/layouts/joomla/content/ (if this path doesn't exist now, please create it)

and add this custom css to the file: ROOT/templates/ja_magz_ii/css/custom.css
